Women’s only classes
These sessions focus on working out safely at a higher intensity. These sessions will be circuit style to accommodate everyone in the class, and variants of exercises to work for all fitness levels. This class is dedicated to providing a safe, small class environment for women to exercise. Our Exercise Physiologist tailors the program for the women in the class to suit their fitness levels and needs. We emphasis on providing exceptional care for women to be able to express themselves and get the 1-1 care when they need it most.
These will be slightly larger groups of max 8 and are all about you! There will be 4 different sessions a week that you can choose from run every Monday and Wednesday at 6am – 7am or Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
The price for our Boost class is $180 which covers a pass for 10 Allied Health lead group sessions with an Ex Phys. These can be used anytime over a 5 week period so you could either come twice a week or four times its totally up to you how you use them! There will be some educational chats with other health professionals in our area + personalized care from our team to encourage you to achieve your goals!
You will need to do an initial with an Exercise Physiologist prior to starting in the group. The package fee has to be paid upfront to hold your spot. This package can be claimed on your private health.
