About me

Hello, I am Zoe. I grew up on the Sunshine Coast, playing every sport known to man, and found a love for the skills each sport required. I moved to Brisbane after school with the idea of studying Physiotherapy; however, I got swayed into transferring into Exercise Physiology, which fit better with my own interests. I completed 500 hours of placement in Brisbane at multiple private practices specializing in healthy aging, neurological rehab, and musculoskeletal injuries.

After graduating, I have worked in women’s health with a predominant focus on pre & post-natal care and Reformer Pilates. I also then went into a focus on neurological rehab and NDIS clientele. Before heading to Vector, I spent a few months rural in Roma & Charleville working with outreach and disadvantaged clientele. I am looking forward to the variety that Vector has to offer and establishing myself further as an Exercise Physiologist.
