About me

Hello! My name is Renae Hay and I am one of the Exercise Physiologist here at Vector Health & Performance.I grew up 3 hours south west of Rockhampton, in the small town of Taroom, on my family’s cattle property. I attended boarding school here in Rockhampton and after graduating high school made the big move from my home town to Brisbane.

This is where I studied a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and gained over 500 hours of experience with a variety of populations. This included over 180 hours within the Brisbane Private Hospital specialising in back pain and post-operative rehabilitation following spinal surgery. After completing my degree, I moved back to Rockhampton and started here at Vector to help provide allied health services to regional and remote areas, which is something I am passionate about.

Whist at Vector, I have gained knowledge, experience and grew a passion for a variety of chronic conditions and areas of health. I have particular interest in women’s health, elderly populations, paediatrics and neurological conditions.
