Interests within and outside of work:

My name is Marina and I recently joined the team at Vector Health & Performance, as a physiotherapist. I am originally from South Africa and I completed my Bachelor of Science of Physiotherapy at Stellenbosch University.

Since graduating I have worked in private hospitals and private practice in fields of orthopaedics, neurology, and respiratory conditions. I have attended a wide variety of courses and workshops to give me more treatment options, including Dry Needling, Pilates, and Kinesio Taping. My experience is mainly in acute and chronic orthopaedic conditions, and I have developed a special interest in the treatment of neck and shoulder conditions. My passion is helping people to return to the activities they love, without pain.

In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks and exploring Queensland, with my husband and 3 kids.

I am excited about the multi-disciplinary team approach at VHP, and the difference we can make!
