Jordan specializes in strength & conditioning, corrective exercise and lifestyle coaching. His approach produces integrative and individualized programs that have helped both athletes and individuals improve performance, recover from injury and enhance overall health. Jordan started his career as a group fitness instructor back in 2016. Since then, he has completed both a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science along with extensive study with the C.H.E.K Institute. Over the last 5 years he’s had significant results working with both junior and master athletes across a wide range of sports, injury rehabilitation and lifestyle and nutrition management.
Interests in and outside of work:
- Injury Rehab (Shoulders and lower back are my favs)
- Strength & conditioning for jnr/master athletes
- Nutrition & lifestyle management (digestive issues, skin issues, weight loss etc.)
Outside of work I enjoy being at the beach or in the bush camping. Meditation and training for myself. Spending time with family and walking my dog Pearl. Movie days and cooking up a storm.
