About me

Grew up on the outskirts of Syndey as a very active kid – Rugby Union, Football (Soccer), Athletics, Wakeboarding and Snowboarding. Being as active as I was led to a number of physiotherapy visits growing up which helped ignite the passion I have today. I now endeavour to help active people to keep their bodies strong and stay in an active lifestyle for as long as possible.

Since graduating in 2019 I have been lucky enough to work with local sporting teams and clubs, the Australian Olympic Rowing team, as well as the Papua New Guinea International Cricket team. I have a strong exercise focus to my treatment however I also use other therapies such as massage/mobilisations, acupuncture and dry needling and myofascial release work such as cupping therapy.

In my day-to-day practice I have a keen interest in lower limb injuries –foot, ankle, knee and hip. I am also particularly interest in not only helping you with your injuries but also your fury friends (dog’s and horses).
