What to expect in our Antenatal Classes!

Introducing our antenatal exercise program! This video runs through some of the exercises/stretches that you can expect to see during our antenatal program, where of course each program is tailored to the individual. The female body undergoes many changes throughout pregnancy, so the aim of this video is to give you some insight into some of the exercises throughout the program, that are safe to do at any stage of pregnancy. Research shows that staying active during pregnancy can have so many great benefits for the health of both mum and bub, including:
– preparing for the physical demands of labour and recovery
– decreased risk of pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and pregnancy-induced hypertension
– less back and pelvic pain
– lower risk of incontinence
– boost your mood and energy levels
– improved posture and circulation
– better mental health
