Get your own customised online training program, utilising one or both of our training platforms to assist you feeling a sense of belonging and connection to a coach, and to a system that we know works.

Whatever the restriction, equipment or lack thereof, we can work with you to help.

INCLUSIONS:

INITIAL phone call or video call to get to know you, and be specific on your goals.  We will do some assessment on the video link and we will get specific information about your medical, injury, and another other history that can help us program you for maximum effect.

WRITING the program – we go away and program the phase that we agree on with you. Usually our program phases are 6 weeks.

FOLLOW up phone call to go over the program and to make sure you are ok.

ACCESS to our online apps/training platforms.

CHECK IN – email check in on a weekly basis to see how you are going during the 6 week phase!


We realise that online training is not everyone’s perfect world, but we want to make it more interactive.
