We are looking for an “A” player Physiotherapist, who has the enthusiasm, passion and drive to succeed at Vector Health and to produce high quality physiotherapy treatment. Your qualifications are important, but what is more important is the way you distribute your knowledge and the results you are able to attain as a professional. What You’ll Own You will be responsible for providing Physiotherapy treatment to clients with a variety of conditions. You will take on clients with such conditions as: musculoskeletal, sports and occupational injuries and conditions. Your clients will vary in motivation and this is what being a great clinician is all about, connecting and influencing different populations to produce great results. You are not expected to be amazing when you come to Vector Health. But, you have be willing to open your mind, and listen, learn and offer your insights to help you learn and then everyone around you. Patient retention and referral networks are really important in our work environment so part of our responsibility is to drive our referral networks through meeting and establishing relationships with doctors, allied health providers and coaches in our area. What You’ve Got to Have You MUST have a passion for making a difference to people’s health, fitness and performance. You must be able to influence people and offer them an amazing experience whilst treating them. This means your verbal communication skills must be excellent. You MUST be: • registered as a Physiotherapist and be able to work unsupervised in Australia. You MUST have the following: • Drivers License current in Queensland • Blue Card or ability to acquire before starting in the role • First Aid Certificate with current CPR prior to starting Your work experience should be within a musculoskeletal setting and we would prefer Vector Health – 102 William Street, Rockhampton, QLD 4700 Ph 07 4927 8190 www.vectorhealth.stagingarea.net between 3-20 months worth of work experience prior to working at Vector Health. Some important information: Employment type: Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time Start date – April-May 2016 Job closes 1 April 2016 Remuneration Range: 65-85K depending on experience and demonstrated work results Training is provided by Vector Health in the role, and there is a requirement that you do some learning and development work away from work time in this role to help you upskill.
